This policy covers the Season Reels server at https://app.seasonreels.com, run by Season Reels.
When a social media account is connected (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok), the platform gives Season Reels the account's id, name, handle and profile picture, and access tokens that allow it to publish videos to that account. Season Reels asks only for the permissions needed to read the account's basic profile and to publish videos. It does not read messages, followers, comments or analytics.
The tokens are used only to publish the videos scheduled by the operator, at the scheduled time, and to keep the connection signed in. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. Season Reels sets no cookies and runs no tracking.
Account details and tokens are kept in a database on the operator's server. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Video files are stored on the same server and served at unguessable links so that platforms can fetch them for publishing.
Removing a connection in Season Reels deletes its stored account details and tokens. You can also revoke Season Reels's access at any time in the platform's own settings (for example Google Account permissions, Facebook or Instagram "Apps and websites", LinkedIn "Permitted services", TikTok "Manage app permissions"); Season Reels then stops posting to that account.
This page is updated when what Season Reels collects changes.
